    Apricot Tarragon Vinaigrette

    What You’ll Need:

    Measuring Cups & Spoons A Blender A Bottle or Air Tight Container for Storage
     

    Ingredients:

    1/3 Cup Dried Apricots, Soaked and Pureed

    1/4 Cup Blenheim Apricot Balsamic

    1/4 Cup Organic Tarragon Infused Olive Oil

    2 Tablespoons Dijon

    1/2 Cup Organic Vegetable Broth

    1/2 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon

    1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
    Drops of Hot Sauce
     

    How To Put It Together:

    1) Add all the ingredients to the blender; blend until emulsified.
     
    2) Transfer the mixture to a bottle or air tight container for storage. Refrigerate until ready to use.
     
    3) Enjoy on salads, warm vegetables, chicken, pork loin, wild game and more.
