Becky’s Breakfast Smoothie is a light chocolate delight that will make your day!

 

What You’ll Need:

A Blender
Measuring Cups & Spoons
Two Tall Drinking Glasses

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup Light Coconut Milk
1 Cup Crushed Ice
1 Cup Pure Water
1/4 Cup Raw Cocoa
1/4 Cup Eggwhite Protein or Sunwarrior Vegan Protein
4 Scoops Stevia or to Personal Taste
1 Tsp Coconut Extract (Optional)

 

How to Put it Together:

1) Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
 
2) Serve and enjoy!

You can make this shake the night before a super-busy morning. I often take it with me in a thermos — it makes a great 4 o’clock snack, when I often need a nutritional pick-me-up.
