    Cauliflower Mash

    Serves 4 

    What You’ll Need for Cauliflower Mash:  

    A Medium-Sized Sauce Pan with Cover
    Measuring Cups & Spoons
    A Sharp Kitchen Knife
    An Immersion Blender


    1 Cup Veggie Broth
    1 Head Cauliflower (1 1/2 – 2 LB)
    1 Tsp Garlic
    1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
    1 Tbsp Goat Butter (1 Slice)

    How To Put It Together:  

    1. Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower; chop the cauliflower into small pieces.

    3. To a medium-sized pot, add the veggie broth, sea salt and garlic  ; bring the   pot to a boil over medium high heat. Add the cauliflower; cover the pot and   cook until soft, checking occasionally. Remove the cover: using an immersion   puree the cauliflower until smooth. Add the minced garlic; blend until   combined.

    5. Serve and enjoy!
