    Curry Roasted Cauliflower

    Serves 4


    Serve this dish with my Salmon Burgers With Cucumber Mint Relish.


    What You’ll Need:

    A Sharp Kitchen Knife
    Large Mixing Bowl
    Small Bowl
    Measuring spoons
    Salad Spoons or Wooden Spoons
    Heavy Bottomed Baking Sheet
    Parchment Paper


    1 (1 1/2 lb) Head of Cauliflower
    3 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil or Avocado Oil
    1 1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
    1 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
    1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
    1/4 Tsp White Pepper

    How To Put It Together:

    1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2) Core head of cauliflower and cut into medium sized crowns. Place in a large bowl.
    3) In your small bowl, whisk together the grapeseed oil, curry, minced garlic, sea salt and white pepper.
    4) Pour the spiced oil mixture over the cauliflower and toss thoroughly until each crown is covered with oil and lightly golden from the curry.
    5) Line your heavy bottom baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the curried cauliflower on to the baking sheet, spreading the cauliflower out over the entirety of the baking sheet for even roasting.
    6) Place the baking sheet in the center of your preheated 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until the cauliflower has light golden spots on it.
    7) Serve and enjoy.
