Espresso Walnut Vinaigrette

What You’ll Need:

Measuring Cups & Spoons A Blender A Bottle or Air Tight Container for Storage
 

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

1/4 Cup Espresso Balsamic

1/4 Cup Walnut Oil

1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Organic Vegetable Broth

1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Drops of Hot Sauce
 

How To Put It Together:

1) Add walnuts to the blender and grind to a powder. Add the rest ingredients to the blender; blend until emulsified.
 

2) Transfer the mixture to a bottle or air tight container for storage. Refrigerate until ready to use.
 

3) Enjoy on spinach salads warm vegetables, pork, beef tenderloin, game and more
