Lemon Provencal Herb Vinaigrette

A perfect balance between herbs and lemon zing – great on salads, fish or chicken!
 

What You’ll Need:

Measuring Cups & Spoons
A Blender
A Bottle or Air Tight Container for Storage
 

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

3/4 Cup Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Dijon

1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Organic Vegetable Broth

1 Teaspoon Provencal Herbs

1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Drops of Hot Sauce
 

How To Put It Together:

1) Add all the ingredients to the blender; blend until emulsified.
 
2) Transfer the mixture to a bottle or air tight container for storage. Refrigerate until ready to use.
 
3) Enjoy on salads, warm vegetables, chicken, fish, shellfish and more. Makes a great marinade
