Nina’s Feel Full Healing Smoothie

Serves 2

I originally developed this for people with cancer. It’s extremely antioxidant rich and uber-healthy!

 

What You’ll Need:

A Nutri Bullet
Measuring Cups & Spoons
Two Large Glasses

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup Frozen Organic Mixed Berries
1 Cup Fresh Parsley (stems included), Packed
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds, Ground
1/4 Cup Raw Cocoa, Organic (optional)
1 Inch Ginger Root, Sliced
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil
2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 – 3 Scoops KAL Stevia or to Personal Taste
1 1/2 Cups Coconut Water or Water
2 Scoops Sunwarrior Vegan Protein
Ice as Needed

 

How To Put It Together:

1) Into a Nutri-Bullet, add the berries, parsley, chia, cocoa, ginger root, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper and stevia. Pour in the coconut water to water. Add ice as needed. Screw on the ‘blend’ blade and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses.
 
2) Serve and enjoy!
