    Orange Vinaigrette

    What You’ll Need:

    Measuring Cups & Spoons
    A Blender
    A Bottle or Air Tight Container for Storage
     

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate,

    Thawed

    3 Tablespoons Dijon

    1 Tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil (Optional)

    ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    1/2 Cup Organic Vegetable Broth

    1 Tablespoon Cointreau (Optional)

    1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley

    1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

    Drops of Hot Sauce

     

    How To Put It Together:

    1) Add all the ingredients to the blender; blend until emulsified.
     

    2) Transfer the mixture to a bottle or air tight container for storage. Refrigerate until ready to use.
     

    3) Enjoy on salads, warm vegetables, chicken, fish, shellfish and more
