What You’ll Need:
A Medium Sized Kitchen Bowl

A Small Bowl Filled with Water
A Kitchen Plate
Two Salad Plates
Ingredients:
4 Ounces Gravlax Style Smoked Salmon, Chopped Finely
2 Tbsp Chives, Minced (Plus Additional for Garnish)
1 Tbsp Capers, Chopped Finely
1/8 Tsp Dried Dill
1/2 Tsp Lime Zest
1/8 Tsp Wasabi Powder

How To Put It Together:
1) Add the salmon, chives, capers, dill, lime zest and wasabi powder to a medium sized bowl; lightly toss together. Add the lime juice and 1 teaspoon olive oil; stir together.
2) Using clean hands, form two patties, making them small in diameter and high. Dip hands into a bowl filled with water as needed to form the tartar: set aside on a kitchen plate.
