Ingredients:
3 (6 Ounce) Jars Tuna in olive oil
1/2 Red Onion, Chopped
1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, Chopped
1/4 Cup Black Olives
2 Tbsp Capers
2 Organic Eggs, Hard Boiled & Chopped
2 Tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
1 Tsp Dried Tarragon
1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Tsp Piment d’Espellete
Fresh Ground Pepper to Personal Taste
How To Put It Together:
1) To a large salad bowl, add the tuna, red onion, sun dried tomatoes, black olives and capers; set the bowl aside for now.
2) In a small bowl, whisk together the dried tarragon, dried thyme, sea salt and piment d’espellete; sprinkle the mixture over the entirety of the bowl. Toss the salad until all the ingredients are combined. Add some fresh ground pepper; toss one more.
3) Serve and enjoy.
