What You’ll Need:

A Nutri-Bullet
Measuring Cups & Spoons
A Sharp Kitchen Knife

 

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Parsley
1 Medium Carrot, Sliced
1 Celery Stalk, Sliced
1/2 Cucumber, Sliced
1 Medium Tomato, Cut into Quarters
1/4 Medium Haas Avocado
1/4 Inch Ginger Root, Sliced
2 Tbsp Ground Chia
1/4 Tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
1 Scoop Sunwarrior Vegan Protein
1 Cup (Alkaline) Water
A Couple of Ice Cubes

 

How To Put It Together:

1) Squish all the veggies and fruit into the nutri-bullet. Add the protein, chia & sea salt on top. Add water and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
