Yogurt Parfait is a healthy breakfast that tastes like dessert!


What You’ll Need:

A Medium Sized Mixing Bowl

Measuring Cups & Spoons

Parfait Glasses or Glass Bowls



2 Cups Greek Yogurt, Goat Preferred

2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries, Thawed

1/4 Cup Walnuts, Chopped

1 Teaspoon Lemon Extract

Stevia to personal taste


How to Put it Together:

1) To a medium-size mixing bowl, add the nonfat Greek yogurt, lemon extract and stevia to personal taste; stir until combined.
2) To serve the parfait: Place two parfait glasses or glass bowls on your work surface. Spoon about a quarter of the mixed berries into the bottom of each glass; follow that with a layer of about a quarter of the Greek yogurt mixture, top with berries and once again with Greek yogurt until you have filled both glasses. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of the chopped walnuts on top of each parfait.
3) Serve and enjoy!

This is delicious with any fruit and any extract – mix it up – vanilla extract and peaches is also yummy. This dish doubles as a fast and healthy dessert.
