    Happy Friday!

    Here comes fall!

    Without a doubt the summer just flew by!

    During the summer months, we’re wearing less clothing and spending time in the sunshine. We’re concerned about how we look (especially in a bikini…), so we stay active, either in the gym or with an outdoor activity. Does this sound like someone you know? I know it was me….

    As the breeze gets cooler and the shorts turn to pants, we tend to be a little less active… A fitness plan is key!

    I’m in training now for a bikini competition so I am in the gym! I train at Camie Cragg Fitness here in Reno, Nevada and I LOVE it on so many levels!

    • I love the camaraderie of my gym pals!

    • I love feeling STRONG!

    • I love the healthy stress relief!

    • And I love going into the Holiday season not worrying about weight gain!
